If you are interested in finding out more about the FIFA Confederations Cup then today’s news story is going to be looking at the groups, along with the times and stadiums that each group match has been played and held at and the score of each of those matches too.

FIRST STAGE

The first match in the first stage was held on the Saturday 17 June and below you will find the teams that played each other in their respective groups.

GROUP A

It was on the 17th June at the Saint Petersburg Stadium that was the host for the Russia v New Zealand match which resulted in a match of score of 2-0.

On the Sunday 18 June over at the Kazan Arena it was the turn of Portugal to play Mexico and the score at the final whilst was 2-2.

It was on the 21st of June that say another match taking place, this time at the Spartak Stadium in Moscow and that match was between Russia and Portugal and the full-time score was 0-1.

Over at the Fisht Stadium in Sochi on Thursday 22 June it was the turn of Mexico to take on New Zealand and that game ended in a score of 2-1.

The Kazan Arena which is in Kazan was the venue for the Mexico and Russia match and at the end of the game the score was 2-1 and that match took place on 24 June.

The Saint Petersburg Stadium which is in St. Petersburg was the venue for the New Zealand and Portugal match and at the end of the game the score was 0-4 and that match took place on Sunday 25 June.

GROUP B

It was at the Spartak Stadium in Moscow that the Cameroon v Chile match took place and the full-time score of that match was 0-2.

The Saint Petersburg Stadium which is in Saint Petersburg was the venue for the Cameroon and Australia match and at the end of the game the score was 1-1 and that match took place on 22 JUN 2017.

The Kazan Arena which is in Kazan was the venue for the Germany and Chile match and at the end of the game the score was 1-1 and that match took place on Saturday 24 June.

The Fisht Stadium which is in Sochi was the venue for the Germany and Cameroon match and at the end of the game the score was 3-1 and that match took place on 25 JUN 2017.

The Spartak Stadium which is in Moscow was the venue for the Chile and Australia match and at the end of the game the score was 1-1.

On Monday 19 June over at the Fisht Stadium in Sochi it was the turn of Australia to play against Germany and that game ended in the score being 2-3.

Final Game

The final match in the tournament saw Chile playing against Germany, and it didn’t surprise too many people when German won the cup and tournament!
