We are once again back with our ones to watch for gameweek 12 of FPL. Our gameweek 11 ones to watch saw points bagged by Gylfi Sigurdsson and Anthony Martial. We are hoping for a better haul this week, so without further ado here are your ones to watch for gameweek 12:

Lukasz Fabianski (West Ham, £4.5million)

The West Ham goalkeeper is usually one of the best value players in his position. The Poland international has been a regular in the top echelons of the goalkeeping charts for the last few seasons courtesy of his save points.

Fabianski has already accumulated 45 save points, which only Burnley’s Joe Hart can top in FPL. The veteran shot-stopper has only kept one clean sheet all season, but a trip to goal-shy Huddersfield represents an opportunity to double his tally for clean sheets this season.

The Terriers have scored just once in their last eight home games in the Premier League, and even that goal was an own goal. The former Arsenal ‘keeper may never get a better chance to keep a clean sheet.

Virgil van Dijk (Liverpool, £5.9million)

While many FPL players favour the Dutchman’s Reds defensive teammate Andy Robertson simply for his attacking threat, Van Dijk offers a big presence from set-plays.

The centre-back hit the post against Arsenal last time out and there is a feeling that he is due a goal for the Reds. The Merseysiders home a struggling Fulham at Anfield this weekend, which represents a good chance for a sixth clean sheet of the season in the top-flight.

After the clash with the Cottagers Jurgen Klopp’s side have a relatively comfortable run of fixtures, including a clash with arch-rivals Everton at Anfield.

David Brooks (Bournemouth, £5.1million)

The Welsh international is fast developing into potentially one of the budget options of the season in FPL. The summer signing has played a big part to the Cherries exciting start to the season.

A summer signing from Sheffield United, Brooks has now scored three times in his last five top-flight appearances for the team from the south coast. The midfielder is now a very viable alternative to Scottish teammate Ryan Fraser, who has been many peoples route into the Cherries high scoring attack.

A trip to Newcastle this weekend represents a chance for Brooks to add to his points tally this season. The one negative for the midfielder is that the fixtures get a lot tougher after the trip to the north east.

Marko Arnautovic (West Ham, £7.1million)

The Austrian forward is the Hammers talisman, which usually makes a player a fine FPL asset. The former Stoke star was a doubt for the Hammers last game against Burnley, yet produced a goal and an assist, as well as three bonus points.

Arnautovic has scored five goals and produced two assists in his nine league appearances this season. For a player in his current bracket of £7.1m he represents exceptional value, especially when his team visits Huddersfield this weekend, a game the Irons are favourites to win.

A home game against Manchester City follows, but after that, the Hammers have a very tasty looking fixture list. The Austrian looks like a no-brainer pick for this weekend’s fixtures.
