The recent decent form has put Pirlo’s team six points behind league leaders Milan.

Juventus have enjoyed a decent Champions League record this season, winning four of their five matches in Group G of the competition. The only group game the team from Turin have not won in the group was the reverse fixture.

Both teams are under new management this season. Both have experienced mixed fortunes, although the two teams have improved of late.
