Well our gameweek 14 picks produced mixed results, as two of our four picks delivered points, while both also picked up bonus points. We are hoping that our gameweek 15 picks deliver more joy at this festive time of the year. Here are our gameweek 15 picks:
Emiliano Martinez (Aston Villa, £4.9m)
The former Arsenal star has been one of the best value players this season. Martinez has picked up 67 points this season, having kept three straight clean sheets and seven shutouts for the campaign.
The Argentinian started at £4.5m but has risen to £4.9m. He is not the cheapest but has proven his reliability ahead of a home game against inconsistent Crystal Palace on Boxing Day. There is a small caveat in that Villa face a tough run of fixtures after the Palace game, as they face Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham in the next three games. The matches still give the Argentinian chances to pick up save points, though.
John Stones (Manchester City, £4.8m)
The former Everton centre-back could be one of the bargains of the season the season. It is very rare for a Manchester City defender to be available for such a small price. The Pep Guardiola roulette can be a deterrent for FPL bosses to pick City players.
However, Stones now seems to be a regular starter once again for the Citizens. The England international has played four of City’s last five league matches, keeping clean sheets in all four matches. Stones has also picked up two bonus points in his last two appearances for the Citizens.

Stuart Dallas (Leeds, £4.6m)
The versatile Northern Ireland international is a defender in FPL, but he often finds himself in attacking position as a wing-back or playing in midfield. The 29-year-old has now scored three times in the Premier League and also produced an assist in a highly attacking Leeds team.
Dallas has scored two of his three league goals in the Whites last two Premier League matches. He has missed just ten minutes of top-flight action this season ahead of Sunday’s home match against Burnley, who have not exactly been prolific this season.
Che Adams (Southampton, £6m)
The former Birmingham star has been featured in our picks in previous weeks because quite simply he represents decent value for money at £6m. Adams look like more than an enabler to get premium players in, as he has scored four times and produced five assists in the Premier League this season.
The forward has produced two attacking returns in two of their last three Premier League outings. A trip to struggling Fulham this weekend represents a golden opportunity for Adams to add to his points tally. A home game against West Ham in their next game also looks like a profitable fixture for the forward to pick up points. In his price-range, he is quite simply one of the best selections.
Will any of our gameweek 15 picks be in your FPL team?
