Crystal Palace star Michael Olise is set to snub Premier League leaders to stay at Selhurst Park.
Olise, who joined The Eagles in 2021, has been key to Palace’s recent uptake in form, starting in all three of Palace’s latest wins under new manager Roy Hodgson. Olise, 21, has been seen to step up in the absence of injured Wilfried Zaha, who is out of contract at the end of the season, and too has been linked with Arsenal.
Arsenal transfer news: Michael Olise set to snub Gunners
However, unlike Zaha, Olise is set to turn down the advances of Mikel Arteta according to Alan Nixon of the Sun. Olise is believed to want to continue his development by playing regular football rather than the possibility of finding himself below the pecking order at Arsenal of fellow wing wizard Bukayo Saka, who has been one of the standout Premier League players this season.
Olise has been involved in 10 Premier League goals this season for Crystal Palace, scoring two and creating eight.
