Bayern Munich have added a new striker to their shortlist of potential targets this summer
As well as closely monitoring Napoli’s Victor Oshimen, Eintracht Frankfurt’s Kolo Muani and Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane, who it has also been revealed is a summer target for Paris Saint-Germain, Christian Falk of SPORTBILD is today reporting that Bayern Munich have also got their eyes set on Atalanta breakthrough star Rasmus Hojlund.
The Danish striker, who only turned 20 in February, has handled the step-up in quality seamlessly after joining the Bergamo-based outfit from Austrian side Sturm Graz for almost $19m last summer.
Bayern Munich transfer news: Rasmus Hojlund on Bavarians’ wishlist
The six ft four-inch striker has proved to be a handful for Serie A defenders this season and a standout moment was a man-of-the-match performance away at fellow Champions League chasers Lazio, scoring in a 2-0 win.
Atalanta will want to keep one of their star assets for longer than just one season but have historically proved themselves to be a selling club down the years.
