Man City target prefers to stay at AC Milan
Pep Guardiola’s side was considered the front runners in the race for Leao’s signature, but it would appear that there is little chance that an agreement with be reached. Leao has stated that he would prefer to remain at the San Siro for another season, as he targets more success with the Italian giants.
Leao has been a standout star in Italy throughout this season, and he has already scored eleven goals and registered 12 assists across all competitions. City and the Portuguese star could yet meet later in the season, as both successfully qualified for the Champions League semi-finals in midweek.
