Tottenham Hotspur Sporting Director Fabrio Paratici has resigned from the club, according to their official club website.
Paratici joined the club in 2021 and in his first season at the club, Tottenham Hotspur finished fourth in the Premier League, thus qualifying for the Champions League, and Paratici’s signings of Dejan Kulusevski and Rodrigo Bentancur from former club Juventus were seen as a key part of the clubs successful season.

However, in January, Paratici was suspended for 30 months from any involvement in football worldwide for capital gain violations whilst holding office at Italian giants Juventus, and after he lost his appeal on Thursday, the Spurs director stepped down from his position entirely.
“This has been a stressful time for Fabio and his family. We wanted to ensure that we allowed for due process to be followed” said Tottenham Hotspur Chairman Daniel Levy.
