Liverpool’s need to sign multiple new midfielders is no secret.
If you’re a fan of the Premier League, you will know that Jurgen Klopp’s Reds have lost all energy and youthfulness in the middle of the pitch.
Consequently, looking to guide the Merseyside giants back to the top, Germany’s Klopp is preparing to splash the cash and sign several new midfielders once the summer transfer window opens at the end of the season.
Multiple midfielders have already been linked, including wantaway Chelsea star Mason Mount, but another player to attract strong interest is Bayern Munich playmaker Ryan Gravenberch.
Despite only arriving in the Bundesliga from Ajax last summer, Gravenberch, 20, has failed to become part of the Bavarians’ preferred matchday team. Starting in just one domestic game all season, the 20-year-old has not been shy in revealing his desire to play more minutes.
Ryan Gravenberch wants to play more, this is why Liverpool approached his agent. But Bayern have no intention to negotiate. 🚨🔴
Bayern position is very clear: they want to keep Gravenberch, feeling shared by the board and Tuchel.

And that has alerted Liverpool to the Dutchman’s potential availability, and although Bayern Munich have been insistent that they will not sell, according to a recent report from Football Insider, the Premier League side are preparing to ‘test’ their German rivals’ ‘resolve’ in the form of an official bid.
During his first 12 months at the Allianz Arena, Bayern Munich’s number 38 has managed one goal and one assists in 27 appearances in all competitions.
