Juventus are interested in signing Chelsea defender Kalidou Koulibaly.
That’s according to a recent report from Gazzetta dello Sport, who claim the African defender has been on Juventus’ shortlist since he left Napoli a year ago.
Although unlikely to have made the switch from Naples to Turin out of loyalty to Napoli fans, now with Chelsea and underperforming, this summer could see the 31-year-old, who earns $366k-a-week in London, make the surprise switch at last.
Chelsea’s Kalidou Koulibaly to Juventus?
Juventus could be handed a boost in their efforts to sign the Senegal international as well, and that is because Chelsea are expected to sell several first-team players once the summer transfer window opens, and Koulibaly is one player rumored to have been made available.
During his opening season in London, Koulibaly, who has up to four years left on his contract, has been used in 31 matches across all competitions.
