Real Madrid have reportedly stepped up their interest in Borussia Dortmund star Jude Bellingham, according to Marca.
It has been reported that Real leaders have traveled to Germany to discuss the deal with the Englishman, with the goal of persuading the 19-year-old to join the reigning Spanish and European champions this summer.
Real Madrid travel to Germany for Jude Bellingham talks
It is a similar approach to which Real was able to land Aurelien Tchouameni last summer. The Frenchman appeared destined for a move to the Premier League, but Real Madrid were able to persuade the midfielder to move to the Bernabeu after face-to-face talks.
Interest in Bellingham is expected to be extremely high this summer, with Manchester City and Liverpool also among the club monitoring the situation. However, the latter has reportedly pulled out of any potential deal due to financial reasons.
The 19-year-old has enjoyed another excellent season in the Bundesliga, scoring five goals and registering four assists to guide Borussia Dortmund to the brink of the top-flight title.
