Former Real Madrid and Bayern Munich attacking midfielder James Rodriguez is interested in a move to the MLS.
The 31-year-old Rodriguez, who is currently without a club after his contract was terminated by mutual consent by Olympiakos earlier this month, is believed to want to listen to offers from MLS, Europe, and South America before responding to an offer from Brazilian club Botafogo, according to ESPN reporter Ekrem Konur.

James Rodriguez transfer news: Colombian linked with MLS move
The ex-Everton and Monaco man has earned a reputation for being somewhat of a journeyman in recent seasons and is now seeking his fifth club in six years. Despite having his last two contracts terminated, Rodriguez is not believed to be short of potential suitors.
This season alone Rodriguez has left Al-Rayyan and Olympiacos on a free transfer with questions about his attitude being made about the Colombian, whose career hasn’t lived up to the heights since his wonderful showing in the 2014 World Cup, in which he won the Golden Boot despite his country being knocked out at the quarter-final stage, scoring six goals.
During his time at Real Madrid, Rodriguez won two La Liga’s and two Champions Leagues at the Bernabeu and at the age of just 31, will still be seen by many as an attractive prospect in what will be Rodriguez’s tenth club of his career.
