Premier League giants Chelsea are planning a shock summer move for 16- year-old forward Makise Evans.
Evans, who is currently playing for League Two side Stevenage, became the youngest-ever player to represent his club when he came on as a substitute against Mansfield Town last Tuesday.

According to The Sun, the highly rated youngster is also being followed by fellow Premier League rivals Brighton and Hove Albion, Aston Villa and West Ham as Todd Boehly prepares to overhaul his Chelsea squad this summer.
Evans would join an array of young talent at Stamford Bridge that includes Carney Chukwuemeka, Noni Madueke, David Datro Fofana, and Enzo Fernandez who are amongst an incredible list of 17 signings made by the Blues under the American’s ownership since he bought the club from Roman Abramovich last year.
