Juventus are bracing themselves for summer departures if they aren’t able to finish in the top four places in Serie A, according to Football-Italia.
The Old Lady’s boss Massimiliano Allegri has teased that both Angel Di Maria and Adrien Rabiot could be set for moves away from Turin.
Out-of-contract Juventus stars eyeing transfers away
Allegri was quizzed on the long-term futures of some of his key players in mid-week, but he revealed that contract negotiations with out-of-contract stars will likely hinge on whether his team is able to finish in the Champions League spots.
Rabiot and Di Maria both signed for the Turin giants on free transfers, with the latter only joining on a one-year deal from PSG last summer. Rabiot’s long-term future with the club has been more questionable.
The Frenchman signed in the summer of 2019, but he was close to a move away from the Italian club last summer, as talks between Juventus and Man United heated up toward the end of the transfer window. Both players will be expecting to play in the Champions League next season.
