Man United intend to rival Arsenal for the signing of Declan Rice after West Ham manager David Moyes admitted the midfielder is likely to leave the club in the summer.
In his press conference on Friday before West Ham’s defeat to Brentford, Moyes said about the likelihood of his star midfielder remaining at the club next season, “There are plans that we have Dec here but we’re also fully aware there is a good chance we won’t have him”.

Man United and Arsenal target Declan Rice set to leave West Ham
The 24-year-old has helped drive his club to the Semi-Final of the Europa Conference League and Rice would love to leave the club on a high with a European trophy.
According to the Guardian’s Jacob Steinberg, the West Ham captain’s most likely destination is still Arsenal but the Red Devils now strongly believe they can convince the midfielder to swap London for Manchester as they continue to build this summer and look set to offer Rice the opportunity of Champions League football next season.
