Man United manager Erik Ten Hag holds an interest in USMNT midfielder Taylor Booth after an impressive first season in the Eredivisie with FC Utrecht.
The 21-year-old has made 23 league appearances for the Dutch club after signing from Bayern Munich’s second team on a free transfer and has played in a number of positions this season including on the right and left-wing, as a central midfielder, and as a number ten behind the striker.

Booth made his debut for the USMNT in March in the States’ 7-1 win over Grenada in the CONCACAF Nations League and has played an important role in Utrecht’s good season in the Dutch top flight where they currently sit seventh with two league matches left.
According to Spanish journalist Javier Parra Pena writing for Fichajes, Ten Hag is still on the lookout for another young central midfielder after missing out on Frenkie De Jong last summer.
And as a former Utrecht manager, the United boss still has a good relationship with his ex-club which could be helpful in facilitating a move for Utah-born Booth, who like Ten Hag, is a product of the Bayern Munich youth academy.
