Premier League club West Ham are set to step up their pursuit of USMNT star Yunus Musah after impressing club scouts.
As reported last week, six Premier League clubs including Man City and Arsenal are interested in the 20-year-old New York native but it is West Ham who have emerged as the current favorites for Musah’s signature, according to the Daily Mail’s Simon Jones.

Musah was a second-half substitute in his side’s crucial 2-1 win at Celta Vigo at the weekend which took Valencia three points clear of the relegation zone with four huge matches left to play.
This season has proved to be an arduous one for the former England-under 19 international Musah, who has made 42 appearances in total for club and country this season already, including starting all of the USMNT’s matches in last winter’s World Cup under coach Gregg Berhalter.
