Paris Saint-Germain are set to reignite their interest in Tottenham striker Harry Kane after meeting with the England captain’s representatives.
According to Foot Mercato journalist Santi Aouna, PSG football advisor Luis Campos has held a meeting with Kane’s team in the last few days to try and thrash out a potential move for the 29-year-old.
PSG keen on bringing Harry Kane to the Parc des Princes
Kane scored his 27th league goal of the season at the weekend in Spurs’ 2-1 defeat at Aston Villa, which leaves them one point behind Brighton and Hove Albion, who additionally have two games in hand for the fight for sixth spot. Tottenham’s forgettable season has included two sacked managers, a defeat to Championship side Sheffield United in the FA Cup, and a dismal round of 16 exit in the Champions League to AC Milan.
Despite all of this, Kane has produced the second-best goalscoring season of his career, bettered only by the 30 league goals he notched up in 2017-18.
