Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta will go all out in an attempt to sign West Ham captain Declan Rice this summer.
Rice led his side to the UEFA Conference League final last night after a 1-0 win at AZ Alkmaar meant they progressed 3-1 winners on aggregate.
And according to journalist Fabrizio Romano, Mikel Arteta still sees the England international as his number-one choice to strengthen his midfield as they attempt to close the gap to Premier League leaders Manchester City next season.

Declan Rice’s future under scrutiny with the Gunners set to swoop
It has also been revealed that Arsenal will not open negotiations with West Ham for the midfielder until the Hammers play the Conference League final on 7 June, which will be against Italian club Fiorentina in Prague.
The 24-year-old is believed to be keen on moving to the Gunners, who will be able to offer Rice the opportunity of Champions League football next season.
