Luciano Spalletti could leave Napoli at the end of the season, despite leading the club to their first Scudetto in 33 years.
According to the Italian sports newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, tensions between the Italian manager and club president Aurelio De Laurentiis have reached boiling point and no contract extension is being discussed between the two with De Laurentiis reportedly thinking of bringing in one-time Napoli boss Rafael Benitez.

The Spaniard has been out of work since being sacked by Everton last season and managed Napoli between 2013 and 2015, winning the Coppa Italia in his first year at the club.
The 63-year-old’s pragmatic approach would be a stark contrast to Spallett’s more attack-minded and possession-based game that has proved so successful in Naples this season, with Gli Azzurri wrapping up the league title with a massive five matches still to play.
