Silva reportedly has had a great relationship with PSG director Luis Campos since their time together at Ligue 1 side Monaco, for whom the Portuguese midfielder played between 2014 and 2017.
According to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, Silva is still among the top targets for PSG but no deal is currently close with City expected to ask for a huge fee.
