USMNT star striker Ricardo Pepi will complete his move to Dutch giants PSV Eindhoven after the international break.
The 20-year-old Texan native was on target for The Stars and Stripes in his side’s impressive 3-0 win over rivals Mexico in the CONCACAF Nations League Semi-Final as the Americans prepare to take on Canada in Sunday’s final.
USMNT star striker Ricardo Pepi set to swap Dutch sides
Pepi spent last season on loan at PSV’s Eredivisie rivals Groningen and was a major success, scoring 12 league goals. According to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, negotiations between PSV and Pepi’s parent club Augsburg continue after the Eindhoven-based club were given the green light for the transfer by the striker.

Seven goals in 15 matches for the USMNT proves Pepi’s pedigree and experienced Dutch manager Peter Bosz is believed to be pushing hard to make sure the American starlet becomes his first signing as PSV coach after taking over from Ruud Van Nistelrooy, who resigned last month citing a lack of support.
