Former La Liga champions Atletico Madrid have emerged as surprise favorites for the Morocco international midfielder Sofyan Amrabat.
The 26-year-old is deemed to be destined for the Fiorentina exit door this summer after a fantastic personal campaign which saw the Dutch-born defensive midfielder get to the semi-final of the FIFA World Cup with his national side and the UEFA Conference League final with the Viola.
Italian side Fiorentina set to lose central midfielder
According to the Munich-based journalist Phillipp Kessler, Amrabat does not want to move to Germany after Bayern Munich boss Thomas Tuchel had shown an interest in the central midfielder after missing out on the Arsenal-destined Declan Rice.
