Manchester City and Arsenal are set to fight it out for West Ham midfielder Declan Rice this week with both clubs thought to make improved offers.
As reported last week, City matched the $95m plus $20m in add-ons that Arsenal offered West Ham for the England international on Tuesday.
Rice set to decide move to either Arsenal or Man City
Rice is an extremely popular figure at West Ham and he is thought to be open to moving to either of the Premier League giants but will be given the final say over his future.
According to Fabrizio Romano, City and Arsenal will make new improved bids for Rice as both Pep Guardiola and his former assistant Mikel Arteta plot their own summer midfield rebuilds.

The key part to Rice’s transfer this summer could be the structure of the deal and the terms of the add-ons being offered.
The Hammers are thought to be more convinced that the Cityzens will be able to guarantee to pay the full figure of add-ons for their star asset if the deal relies on the sky blues winning major trophies following their treble-winning season.
