PSG are the first club in Europe to make their move for in-demand Napoli striker Victor Osimhen.
However, the Parisians have opened the door for a bidding war to emerge after seeing their offer of $100 million being rejected by the Serie A champions, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.

PSG are one of a number of clubs interested in last season’s Serie A top scorer, and the fact that their opening bid was knocked back could spark a bidding war between the interested parties.
There is huge interest in the striker from Premier League clubs, with Manchester United, Newcastle, and Liverpool all monitoring the situation.
However, all interested parties from England were initially knocked back in their approaches, with Napoli claiming that they were expecting a price in the region of $140 million.
Osmihen was in excellent form for Napoli last season, as he scored 26 goals in 32 Serie A outings.
