Mauricio Pochettino will be hoping for the Blues to have found the next Neymar- with comparisons being made between the attacking style of the two Santos youth academy graduates.
The move for Angelo goes in hand with Todd Boehly’s side’s new youthful transfer policy, following moves this summer already for 17-year-old Jamaican Dujuan “Whisper” Richards, Nicolas Jackson, and 21-year-old in-demand midfielder Moises Caicedo.
