Barcelona have completed the signing of Brazilian forward Vitor Roque from Athletico Paranaense.
The 18-year-old will join the Catalan giants in January 2024 according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano and will remain on loan at Athletico Paranaense until the conclusion of the Brazilian league season.

Barca snap up Vitor Roque
Roque will become Barcelona manager Xavi Hernandez’s third summer signing following the free transfers of Ilkay Gundogan and central defender Inigo Martinez.
The Brazilian wonderkid is likely to cost the Catalans a figure of over $30m- releasing him from a contract at the Hurricane which was set to run until 2027.
Roque will join up with his Brazilian compatriot Raphinha at the Nou Camp and has already made his international debut for the Selecao in March, coming on as a second-half substitute against Morocco in March.
Sources close to the deal suggest the Catalans could install a release clause worth over an eye-watering $1b in Roque’s contract at the Nou Camp.
