Chelsea are on the cusp of completing the signing of 17-year-old talent Ishe Samuels-Smith from Everton.
The highly-rated defender is yet to make his first-team appearance for the Toffees but his rapid improvement in the Everton academy ranks has convinced Chelsea to spend $5m on the Everton number 59.
Ishe Samuels-Smith set for Stamford Bridge switch
Italian reporter Fabrizio Romano has Tweeted that Samuels-Smith has now signed all of the paperwork ahead of his three-year deal. Samuels-Smith is predominantly used as a left-back, but can also fill in as a center-back, and has been at Everton since the age of nine.

The Manchester-born defender is widely seen as the best player of his age group at Everton and fits the new profile of a Chelsea player with head coach Mauricio Pochettino aiming to lower the age profile of his squad which performed so disastrously last season.
