Juventus are considering making an offer in part exchange for Chelsea’s Romelu Lukaku with Dusan Vlahovic heading in the other direction.
Vlahovic, 23, has been heavily linked with a move away from the Allianz Stadium this summer after netting 10 times for Juventus last season and new Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino is reportedly in the market for a new striker despite the Blues completing a deal to sign Nicolas Jackson last month.
Romelu Lukaku linked with Juve switch
Belgian hitman Lukaku, now 30, has failed to fill the void left up front after the departure of Diego Costa back in 2017 and according to Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport, the Italian giants have informed Chelsea that they can sign Vlahovic for just $27m if Lukaku is included in a player plus cash swap deal.
The article also states that Lukaku, who joined for an eye-watering $125m in 2021, has already consented to a move to Turin after spending last year out on loan at Juve’s Serie A rivals Inter Milan.
