West Ham United look set to splash the Declan Rice cash, as they are reportedly in talks with Manchester United over deals for Harry Maguire and Scott McTominay.
United have reportedly reiterated that they don’t wish to sell either of their players, but they could reluctantly accept bids for both if their valuations are met, according to Sky Sports.

Both moves are still at an early stage, but David Moyes is keen to add quality to his squad after Declan Rice’s move to Arsenal was completed in early July.
Erik ten Hag sees both Maguire and McTominay as key members of his squad, but neither will likely be guaranteed starters. Maguire is reportedly assessing his options this summer after being stripped of the captaincy by the Dutch coach.
Meanwhile, McTominay could be set to move on after falling further down the pecking order following Mason Mount’s arrival. However, contrasting reports have indicated that the Hammers appear unwilling to meet United’s $48 million valuation of the Scottish international.
