Collymore encourages Villa to make David De Gea move
De Gea was released by Manchester United after his contract expired at the end of the 2022-23 season. The Spanish star was subsequently replaced by Andre Onana, and a number of offers have been made to the 32-year-old from clubs both in Europe and Saudi Arabia.
However, Collymore believes that the former United star could take Villa to the next level and present competition for World Cup winner Emiliano Martinez.
There have been questions surrounding the Argentinean’s future at Villa Park, with Inter Milan reportedly interested in the former Arsenal goalkeeper.
