Tottenham misfit Tanguy Ndombele is set to leave the club on a permanent basis after a hugely disappointing four years in North London.
The French international spent last season out on loan at Serie A winners Napoli and adapted well despite failing to make himself a regular first-choice under Luciano Spalletti.
Tanguy Ndombele set for Galatasaray switch
According to The Daily Mirror’s Alan Smith, Turkish Lig champions Galatasaray hope to complete a $14m switch for the 26-year-old after Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou decided not to include him in his plans for this season. Postecoglou’s fast-flowing style is not thought to be in keeping with the Frenchman’s strong ball-carrying approach and Ndombele is set to join fellow midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg out the Tottenham exit door.
And now Galatasaray want to add Ndombele to a list of summer additions that also includes former Crystal Palace man Wilfried Zaha and ex-Inter Milan talisman Mauro Icardi.
