Bayern Munich have set a deadline of midnight tonight for Tottenham to accept their latest offer for vice-captain Harry Kane.
As widely reported Kane, 30, has less than 12 months left on his current deal at Tottenham and wants to leave the club in his pursuit to win major trophies.

According to The Daily Telegraph’s Jason Burt, if a deal is not reached by the end of today the England captain is expected to see out the final year of his contract before leaving the Lilywhites on a free transfer next summer.
Bayern bosses have been left frustrated by the slow progress of the deal with Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy digging his heals in his aim to raise $127m for the club’s main asset.
Even with Bayern’s deep pockets the fee asked for Kane way exceeds their valuation for the forward, and whilst the final decision will be left up to Levy, it is thought Kane himself wants the saga to be over as soon as possible so he can concentrate on the season ahead.
