Chelsea and Juventus have scheduled talks to discuss a swap move including Dusan Vlahovic and Romelu Lukaku.
Vlahovic, 23, has had a mixed 18 months in Turin since his move from Fiorentina in January 2022 and the Old Lady’s signing of USMNT forward Timothy Weah as well as the good form shown in pre-season by Moises Kean has further placed the Serbian’s future in doubt.
Dusan Vlahovic and Romelu Lukaku set for swap deal?
According to Fabrizio Romano, Juventus will insist on a $44m fee as well as Lukaku in return for Vlahovic due to the Serb being seven years younger than the Belgian hitman. At this stage, it is not thought the Blues are particularly keen on the deal which would see Chelsea make a huge loss on Lukaku just two years after his club-record move from Inter Milan.

The prospected swap deal will be left up to new Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino after Max Allegri gave Juve officials the green light to work with Lukaku this season.
