Bayern Munich and Tottenham officials met into the early hours of this morning in an attempt to thrash out a deal for star striker Harry Kane.
The chances that a deal is agreed are dwindling by the day but according to Sky Sports, the German giants are trying to salvage the situation with Spurs happy to continue negotiating.
Harry Kane deal to Bayern Munich still on?
Bayern are still hopeful Kane wants to join them this season but the 30-year-old has given the two clubs a deadline of this weekend to sort a deal in order to concentrate on his football this season as Spurs’ open their campaign with a tough looking trip to Brentford on Sunday.
Tottenham value Kane at over $127m and although the two clubs’ were initally far apart in their estimation for the England captain, Bayern are edging closer to what would be deemed as an acceptable offer with just days left until the deadline arrives.
