According to Sky Sports, Adams has fallen victim to Chelsea’s ongoing battle with Liverpool for the signature of fellow defensive midfielder Moises Caicedo with the Blues prepared to walk away from a deal for Adams despite the USMNT star completing his final medical examinations yesterday after his $25.5m relegation clause was triggered yesterday.
