According to AS, the Spanish winger has decided to take on a new challenge after falling down the pecking order since Xavi’s arrival at the Catalonian giants.

Fati played 51 times for Barcelona across all competitions last term, scoring ten goals. It was a fine return to form after injury issues throughout both the 2020-21 and 2021-22 seasons.
