Manchester City are currently waiting for Aymeric Laporte to make a decision over his future after a bid from Al Nassr was accepted for the Spaniard.
Laporte, 29, is thought to be in two minds about making the switch to the Gulf State in fear of missing out on appearing in next summer’s UEFA European Championships for the Spanish national team- for whom he is a regular starter.
Aymeric Laporte set for Saudi switch?
After signing Josko Gvardiol for an eye-watering $99m from RB Leipzig earlier this summer, City are keen on a sale to balance the books.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Cityzens are waiting to hear from Laporte to make a decision after the Spaniard was an unused substitute during City’s penalty shootout victory in the UEFA Super Cup final last night in Athens.
