Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech has passed his medical at Turkish side Galatasaray ahead of his permanent switch.
Ziyech, 30, has endured a nightmare three years in West London, failing to live up to the expectations put on him after his big-money move from Ajax in 2020.
Chelsea flop Hakim Ziyech set to leave the club
According to reputable Turkish reporter Sami Yen Haber, Ziyech passed the second half of his medical examinations late last night and an announcement about his transfer will be made official by the club soon.
Hakim Ziyech bu sabah sağlık kontrolünün 2. etabından geçecek (kan testi) onu da başarılı şekilde tamamladığı an iş resmiyete dökülecek. İyi geceler. ❤️

Despite an initial promising start at Stamford Bridge, Ziyech has not kicked on at Chelsea and his poor form was indicative of a dreadful season for the Blues last term. In his 24 appearances in all competitions, Ziyech failed to score at all and was one of a hatful of players who were deemed to down tools under Graham Potter and then eventually interim manager Frank Lampard.
The Moroccan international will now hope he can resurrect his career along with fellow former Premier League star Wilfried Zaha and ex-Inter Milan hitman Mauro Icardi for last season’s Super Lig champions Galatasaray.
