Premier League champions Manchester City are close to agreeing a fee with French club Rennes for 21-year-old winger Jeremy Doku.
Doku, a senior Belgian international, is predominately used as a right winger and has gained a name for himself over the past 12 months for his speed, dribbling, creativity, and finishing ability.
Jeremy Doku set for Man City switch
According to Fabrizio Romano, Doku agreed personal terms to a move to the Etihad Stadium earlier this month as City’s transfer business continues into the final week of the window after pulling out of moves for Crystal Palace winger Michael Olise and West Ham midfielder Lucas Paqueta.

The deal is expected to cost the Cityzens between $60m and $65m and will see Doku be reunited with his Belgian international teammate Kevin De Bruyne in Manchester. Doku has already continued the fine form he showed last season and scored on his season debut in Rennes’ 5-1 rout of Metz on August 13.
