Sevilla are set to announce the re-signing of veteran central defender Sergio Ramos 18 years after he left the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan for Real Madrid.
The 37-year-old has been a free agent after leaving Paris Saint-Germain at the conclusion of his two-year deal at the Parc des Princes in June.

Ramos will also return to the Champions League and will be named in the club’s squad list for the competition when his transfer is confirmed.
The World Cup winner has been the subject of interest from Inter Miami, the Turkish Super Lig, and the Saudi Pro League this summer but the emotional pull to help out his boyhood club in their time of need proved to be too strong.
Despite winning last season’s Europa League, all is not well at Sevilla with Los Rojiblancos currently sitting rock bottom of La Liga without a single point to their name after three matches.
