Chelsea midfielder Romeo Lavia has suffered a muscle tear in his ankle during a training session on Friday.
The former Manchester City man is yet to make his debut for the Blues following his $73.8m move from Southampton last month and is now set to wait even further on the sidelines as he recovers from a potentially serious injury.

The 19-year-old publically turned down the opportunity to join Liverpool in favor of a move to Todd Boehly’s side despite the Blues also going ahead with the transfer of fellow young defensive midfielder Moises Caicedo for an all-time record Premier League transfer fee.
