Chelsea are monitoring the situation revolving around Brentford’s Ivan Toney, and they could make a move for the striker in January.
The deal is made slightly challenging, due to the fact that the 27-year-old isn’t able to play competitively until the middle of January.

However, the Blues will look to add to their options in the attacking positions in the winter window, and Toney is reportedly their first choice.
According to FootballLondon, Chelsea will make their move for the striker when the window opens on January 1.
Toney is currently banned from all soccer after being handed an eight-month ban after breaking betting rules.
However, he is set to return to first-team training with the Bees for the first time since being handed the suspension this weekend.
The England international was in excellent form throughout last season, as he scored 20 goals and registered four assists across 33 Premier League appearances.
