A number of clubs are keeping tabs on the situation revolving around Arsenal’s Aaron Ramsdale, as the goalkeeper was dropped for the club’s recent win over Everton.
According to reports in the Daily Mail, Chelsea and Bayern Munich have both been alerted to the situation.
Aaron Ramsdale attracting interest
Mikel Arteta has constantly reiterated that he doesn’t see the Gunners having a clear number one, as he will consider swapping Ramsdale and David Raya game-by-game.
However, that is unlikely to be a situation that suits the 25-year-old, as he will need regular game time if he is to challenge Jordan Pickford for the England number one spot.
The goalkeeper has been in excellent form since switching to the Emirates, and was a key player in the club’s run to finishing second in the Premier League standings last term.
However, Raya’s arrival has led to questions surrounding his long-term future, and he could be tempted to examine options away from North London.
