Manchester City target Divine Mukasa has passed his medical ahead of a permanent switch to last season’s treble winners.

The 16-year-old will join the club’s youth academy with a deal expected to be completed by the end of the week.

The attacking midfielder impressed for the Hammers youth academy and played three years above his age level as West Ham won the league at under-18 level last season.

According to Fabrizio Romano, an official announcement is expected to be made soon with it still unclear whether or not City will have to pay the Hammers a nominal fee in compensation.
