Man United and Everton are both keeping tabs on Blackburn teenager Adam Wharton.
Both Premier League clubs could be set to make a move for the 19-year-old in the January window, according to Alan Nixon via Teamtalk.
Premier League interest in Adam Wharton
Wharton is regarded as one of the most exciting players in the Championship. His performances for Blackburn have already been rewarded with a call up to the England U19 squad.
So far, he has played six times for the national side at youth level. Wharton has continued to impress in the Championship this term, as he has been among the first names on the team sheet for Rovers.
The midfielder scored his first professional goal against Birmingham City last October, and he has five times in the Championship already this term.
Blackburn could be open to selling their teenage star, as they could generate huge profit by allowing one of their brightest stars to depart the club in January.
