Napoli have also confirmed that Garcia’s job is safe after picking up just two wins in their opening five Serie A matches following their memorable Scudetto-winning season last term.
The 59-year-old Frenchman was only appointed Napoli boss in June, taking over from the resigning Luciano Spalletti.
Despite just three months in charge, Garcia is reportedly already under pressure from President Aurelio De Laurentiis.
