Italian giants AC Milan are seriously considering making a move for their third USMNT star this season with Gio Reyna linked with the Rossoneri.
The 20-year-old attacking midfielder has yet to start his season due to a persistent foot injury but according to Spanish news outlet Fichajes, the English-born US star is considering a move in January to kick-start his career.
Gio Reyna considering AC Milan switch
AC Milan boss Stefano Pioli has already signed two US stars, Yunus Musah, and Christian Pulisic, and is keen to continue his American revolution in Northern Italy with Reyna on the Italian manager’s winter shortlist.
Dortmund’s number seven was an unused substitute for their defeat in the Champions League at Paris Saint-Germain last week and it is believed that the player would look for a change of scenery to feel like an important part of a squad again.
Reyna is likely to come back into the Dortmund team at the weekend but the opportunity to join up with two American national teammates could be too strong a temptation to turn down.
After being drawn in the same Champions League group as each other, Dortmund take on AC Milan at the Signal Iduna Park on October 4.
