Arsenal target Ivan Toney wants to leave Brentford when the transfer window re-opens in January.
The 27-year-old is currently suspended from all footballing activities by the Football Association until January 2024 due to betting breaches for which he was charged in May.
Ivan Toney wanted by London giants
According to Fabrizio Romano, Toney has made it clear to Brentford that he wants to end his three-year spell at the West London side and move to a “big six” club.

As reported by Soccer Times yesterday, Arsenal are expected to receive competition from London rivals Chelsea for Toney’s signature in January whilst fellow English forward Ollie Watkins is also being monitored by the two clubs.
Toney will not come cheap, however, with Brentford informing potential suitors that they will have to pay a premium for their top asset if they make an approach for him in January.
It is likely the Bees will lower the value of their club captain next summer if Toney decides to stay and fight for the club in the second half of the season once he returns from his ban.
Toney has taken the Premier League like a duck to water and in three superb individual campaigns at the club, reached new heights last term, notching 20 league goals in total.
