Manchester United have confirmed that winger Antony is now available to be selected for the first-team.
The talented winger had been provided with a short spell of leave, on full pay, earlier this month by the club after allegations of abuse were made against him by his ex-girlfriend whilst he was away with the Brazilian national team.
Man United re-integrate Antony into squad
As reported by Soccer Times earlier this week, Antony has offered to cooperate with the allegations made to Greater Manchester Police, including surrendering his phone.
In a statement released by the club this morning, United said, “Since allegations were first made in June, Antony has co-operated with police inquiries in both Brazil and the UK, and he continues to do so.

“As Antony’s employer, Manchester United has decided that he will resume training at Carrington, and be available for selection, while police inquiries proceed.
“As a club, we condemn acts of violence and abuse. We recognise the importance of safeguarding all those involved in this situation, and acknowledge the impact these allegations have on survivors of abuse.”
Antony will now be available to play for the Red Devils tomorrow in their Premier League fixture against Crystal Palace at Old Trafford.
